airport proximity complimentary breakfast efficient shuttle early flight
i found the proximity to the airport convenient. they offered a complimentary grab-and-go breakfast. this included pastries and beverages, especially helpful for my early flight. the shuttle service to the airport was prompt and efficient.
the tv volume control in the room was not functional, which proved slightly inconvenient.

friendly staff good value convenient location unfriendly receptionist slow service small portion
the staff was friendly. the room was a nice size. i found the location to the terminal building very convenient. i appreciated the good value too.
the receptionist wasn't very friendly. she acted warmer with other guests. the restaurant service was quite slow! our drinks were forgotten, and food portions were small.

the hotel was close to the airport. it included free airport transfers. these free transfers were very helpful for my early flight. the room was a signature double or twin room and it was very clean.

airport convenience at its finest
really good staff spacious bathroom
the staff offered really good service, i appreciate that. the room included very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. the free airport shuttle and tasty grab-and-go breakfast made early travel simple. it really helped.
the event happening at the hotel made parking difficult when i returned. i had to park next door and move the car later. it was a slight inconvenience after a long day.

decent stay, some issues
charging points limited solution
The ev charging points were a real letdown. I needed them. staff was friendly, but they couldn't fix the problem, annoying. there were only three chargers, with one always for the shuttle. even if they all worked, two chargers seem not enough. it's disappointing for a hotel near the airport.

low shower pressure unconcerned reception
the room Was clean and the bed was comfortable.
i faced some issues WITH my room. The shower pressure was low. It made showering difficult and frustrating, nO one seemed particularly concerned when i mentioned it at reception.

i found the location quite close to the airport. this hotel is spacious with lots of lounge sitting space. the bar and restaurant area was also good.
the ev charging points did not work. the staff were friendly! but unable to offer a solution. there are only three charging points and one of them is dedicated to the shuttle service.
